※在外同胞F4と結婚移民F6の場合、弊社手数料に5,500円が加算されます。

※書類の不備、時間外対応・直前の緊急対応には追加料金がかかる場合がございます。

※領事館での申請受付後、最終的にビザが発給されなかった場合は返金はいたしかねますことご了承ください。

※領事館にて申請が一切受付されなかった場合は全額返金いたします。

STEP 01

お申込み（ウェブサイトより）

ご来社は事前予約制となり、予約なしでご来社された場合、受付できない場合がございます。

STEP 02

必要書類を弊社へご持参 & お支払い

クレジットカード、銀行振り込み

STEP 03

ビザ代行申請

審査完了まで領事館での申請日より約10営業日所要

STEP 04

パスポートの返却

審査完了後、約３日後以降

※審査の期間中、パスポートは領事館で保管されます。

Yokohama jurisdiction

※The visa processing fee (consular application fee) varies depending on your nationality. For details, please refer to the website of the 　consulate with jurisdiction. (No fee for Japanese nationals.)

※Additional charges may apply for incomplete documents, after-hours support, or urgent last-minute cases.

※Please note that fees are non-refundable if the consulate has decided to deny the visa application.

※If the consulate does not accept the application at all at their reception, we will refund the full amount.

Visa Application Process

STEP 01

Submit an application (send your personal information via Apply)

STEP 02

Submit required documents in person at our office＆make payment.

Visa application on your behalf

average review period: approx.10 business days from submission to the consulate

※Duration may vary by individual.

STEP 04

Passport return

You can collect your passport from our office approximately three days after the review is completed.

※Once the review is finished, we will visit the consulate to retrieve your passport.

※Please note that we might not be able to return your passport on the same day the review is finished, depending on how busy the consulate is.
